Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • ½ tablespoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sugar free honey
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Sprinkle the chicken wings with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.
  • Add the wings in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to 400 degrees.
  • Remove the wings and sprinkle them with the pistachios and walnuts.
  • Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until browned and cooked completely through.
