minced garlic

cup
sugar free honey
¼
cup
chopped walnuts
¼
cup
chopped pistachios
Juice from ½ a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Sprinkle the chicken wings with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.
Add the wings in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 400 degrees.
Remove the wings and sprinkle them with the pistachios and walnuts.
Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until browned and cooked completely through.
