Keto Baked Brie with Pecans

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the wheel of brie in a small ovenproof skillet or dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat on the stove, melt the butter and whisk in the brown sugar replacement. Continue to cook until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to the skillet, and whisk to combine.
  • Place the pecans in the skillet, and toss to coat well in the mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring often.
  • Pour the pecan mixture over the top of the brie, and bake for 10-15 minutes until it is gooey and melted in the center.
  • Serve with your favorite keto friendly items for dipping.
