Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the wheel of brie in a small ovenproof skillet or dish.
In a skillet over medium heat on the stove, melt the butter and whisk in the brown sugar replacement. Continue to cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to the skillet, and whisk to combine.
Place the pecans in the skillet, and toss to coat well in the mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring often.
Pour the pecan mixture over the top of the brie, and bake for 10-15 minutes until it is gooey and melted in the center.
