Low carb brown sugar substitute or sweetener of your choice to taste
Sugar free whipped cream

Instructions
Place the water, tea bags, apple pie spice, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.
Simmer until right before boiling, then remove from the heat. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Stir in the sweetener of your choice to taste. You can keep or discard the cinnamon stick. Add the rum at this time if using.
Top with sugar free whipped cream if desired and serve.
