Brussels sprouts cut in half

minced garlic

raw honey

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam the brussels sprouts until they are a crisp tender.
On the stove, add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium high heat.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste, and place meat-side down into the heated oil in the skillet.
Sauté for 4 minutes, flip, and sauté another 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the coconut aminos, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Add the brussels sprouts to the skillet with the salmon.
Pour the sauce on top.
Cover the skillet and sauté until the sauce has thickened and the brussels sprouts are tender.
