Grilled Tri Tip

This grilled tri tip is perfect for dinner year round! Tender, juicy and flavorful. Freezes well and as an added bonus - it is gluten free and low carb!

  • Add olive oil, No Soy sauce (or coconut aminos), lemon juice, Worchetire, dijon mustard, pepper and minced garlic to a large glass baking dish.
  • Whisk very well until ingredients are well combined.
  • Place tri tip in the glass baking dish and mix well.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Start grilling!
  • We use a Traeger and the cooking time was about 12 minutes per side. Your grill may vary, so make sure it is properly cooked before consuming it!
