baking powder

melted butter

sugar free chocolate chips
I use Lily's
Instructions
Combine the coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, egg, butter and vanilla in a bowl, and whisk until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spray two small mugs or one larger mug well with baking spray.
Pour the batter into the mugs.
Microwave for 1 ½ - 2 minutes until the mug cake is cooked through.
