Carnivore Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Combine really well. I like to use my hands and really get it mixed together.
  • Roll approximately 1.5 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes or until fully cooked.
