Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces whipped cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups pork rind crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, and bacon pieces. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • On a flat plate or shallow dish, stir together the pork rind crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Using your hands or a small scoop, form the cheese mixture into 12 evenly sized balls.
  • Roll each cheese ball in the pork rind crumb mixture, ensuring they are completely coated.
  • Place the coated cheese balls on a tray or plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
