heavy whipping cream

shredded cheddar cheese

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
Pinch
of cayenne pepper
½
teaspoon
chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
optional ¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add beer, mustard, cayenne, chili powder and salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat, bringing to a low boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 about minutes.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and shredded cheese, simmering until thickened.
Allow the cheese sauce to sit to thicken before serving
Optional - garnished with green onions.
