– full fat coconut milk – coconut oil – sugar-free maple syrup (use pure maple syrup for Paleo) – vanilla extract – unsweetened smooth almond butter – unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Combine the coconut milk, coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium low heat.

2. Stir to combine and cook until the mixture is smooth.

3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

4. Layer the mixture in a well greased 9x9 baking dish. For thicker fudge, a loaf pan can be used.

5. Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then chill for 3+ hours prior to slicing and serving.
