Chocolate Almond Keto Fat Bomb
I was craving something tonight. Not necessarily sweet, but something other than meat and veggies! I have my “goto” fat bomb recipe that is SUPER good and SUPER easy (get it HERE) but I wanted something different!
I decided to create something around almond butter with a touch of chocolate. I am not generally a fan of sweeteners, but I find just a touch of stevia with fat bombs makes a huge difference. Just a touch though!
Chocolate Almond Keto Fat Bomb
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
- 2 tablespoons Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Bar
- 4 drops liquid stevia
- 4 drops of almond extract
Instructions
- Add butter, almond butter and chocolate chips to microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds (it won't be fully melted).
- Stir until melted.
- Add stevia and almond extract and mix well.
- Fill 12 mini baking cups and let set in the freezer.
